EuroDebt Introducers: 5 Step Process
Step 1

Register your business details at www.EuroDebtIntroducers.com or call our HelpLine on 0845 36 25 303. We require as a minimum that you have an up-to-date Data Protection Registration and a valid Consumer Credit Licence.

The Introducer Support team will confirm your registration by email and our Introducer Support team will contact you and issue your Introducer Agreement, Introducer Certificate and Introducer-id in hardcopy for review and signature. They will discuss the benefits of different referral schemes available and their applicability to your business model and objectives. This may involve arranging a meeting with your local debt adviser, who is individually licensed to provide debt advice and is a DEMSA member.

Step 2

When your agreement is signed the Introducer Support team or your local debt adviser will work with you to complete the Marketing Support checklist that forms an Annex to your Agreement.

We will issue you with a Marketing Support pack that provides "printer ready" artwork and approved logos for use in any marketing activities that you or we jointly undertake. If you have an office presence then you will be provided with window stickers and posters to suit your needs.

This stage commences as soon as your Agreement has been signed. If you have elected to have a co-branded referral website then the Introducer Support team will request that you send a high quality electronic version of your logo and relevant artwork to enable your dedicated client referral portal to be set-up.

Step 3

You are ready to start making referrals through your preferred referral mechanism and to start prospect marketing. You will be notified that your dedicated client referral portal is available for you to test. €uroDebt recommends sending several test enquiries to ensure that all parties are receiving information to the email addresses set-up in the registration process.

These can be amended as required. You will always be notified by €uroDebt when any referral request has been received and an appointment set-up. The Introducer Support team will keep you fully informed of progress throughout the client lifecycle.

Step 4

You can call the Help Line at any time or access the status of any of the accounts you have referred if you choose to use the on-line reporting system.

Step 5

First client live. You will receive weekly commission statements by email once your first commission payment becomes due for payment. We will request at this stage key contact details and banking details for payment of commissions electronically by BACS. You will be paid weekly the calculated commission amount.

We will arrange regular review meetings to look at new marketing opportunities and ensure that the referral process is working efficiently and compliantly. You will be kept advised of any promotional schemes being operated by EuroDebt from time to time.
